全球觸目的特朗普金正恩峰會終於順利完成了，所有的華人媒體，外加南華早報，都將中國放大，說它對美朝如何重要；但所有西方傳媒都不提中國。
無論如何，特朗普和金正恩都要吃楊州炒飯，你見他們會吃德國咸豬手嗎？誠然，四點聲明無實質進展，它的第三點只是重申，既然“板門店宣言”是2018年4月27日剛簽署的，重申是敗筆。第四點遣返美國軍事人員是必然的事，因此，整份聲明是一個方向，一個關乎世局的重要方向，某程度上，也關乎中國。
這裡有兩點可以注意：
第一，金正恩並沒有準備好誰是續談的對應朝鮮官員；
第二，聯合聲明將全球的和平，繁榮，和穩定與朝鮮半島扯上關係。

US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim
Jong-un have signed a document following a landmark summit in Singapore - the
first between a sitting US president and a North Korean leader.
Here is the full text of the statement:
Joint Statement of President Donald J. Trump of the United
States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of
the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the Singapore Summit.
President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America
and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)
held a first, historic summit in Singapore on June 12, 2018.
President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un conducted a
comprehensive, in-depth and sincere exchange of opinions on the issues related
to the establishment of new US-DPRK relations and the building of a lasting and
robust peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. President Trump committed to
provide security guarantees to the DPRK, and Chairman Kim Jong Un reaffirmed
his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean
Peninsula.
Convinced that the establishment of new US-DPRK relations
will contribute to the peace and prosperity of the Korean Peninsula and of the
world, and recognizing that mutual confidence building can promote the
denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong
Un state the following:
1. The United States and the DPRK commit to establish new
US-DPRK relations in accordance with the desire of the peoples of the two
countries for peace and prosperity.
2. The United States and DPRK will join their efforts to
build a lasting and stable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.
3. Reaffirming the April 27, 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, the
DPRK commits to work toward complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
4. The United States and the DPRK commit to recovering
POW/MIA remains, including the immediate repatriation of those already
identified.
Having acknowledged that the US-DPRK summit - the first in
history - was an epochal event of great significance in overcoming decades of
tensions and hostilities between the two countries and for the opening up of a
new future, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un commit to implement the
stipulations in the joint statement fully and expeditiously.
The United States and the DPRK commit to hold follow-on
negotiations, led by the US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and a relevant
high-level DPRK official, at the earliest possible date, to implement the
outcomes of the US-DPRK summit.
President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America
and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic
People's Republic of Korea have committed to cooperate for the development of
new US-DPRK relations and for the promotion of peace, prosperity, and the
security of the Korean Peninsula and of the world.
